Standard Bellow-Sealed Globe
Inline globe valves with welded-bellow stem seals. ISO 15848 Class A leak-tightness for hydrocarbons, steam, and process service.
Bellow-sealed globe and angle valves — engineered for zero-fugitive-emissions service in chemical, refining, and high-purity applications where stem leakage isn't acceptable.
Phönix manufactures bellow-sealed globe and angle valves in Germany — the gold standard for fugitive-emissions-critical service. The bellow assembly creates a hermetic seal between the process and the atmosphere, eliminating the stem-packing leakage that's the single largest source of fugitive emissions in process plants.
Where standard globe valves bleed at the stem, Phönix delivers certified zero-leakage performance tested to ISO 15848 (Class A and Class B). Available in sizes from 1/2" through 12"+ in pressure classes through ANSI 600, with carbon steel, stainless, and specialty alloy bodies.
Miller Valve has partnered with Phönix to serve customers in chemical, refining, power generation, and high-purity gas service. ISO 15848 documentation, hazardous-area approvals, and engineering support for the applications where stem leakage isn't an option.
Four product families covering globe, angle, Y-pattern, and specialty material configurations — all with bellow-sealed construction.
Inline globe valves with welded-bellow stem seals. ISO 15848 Class A leak-tightness for hydrocarbons, steam, and process service.
90-degree angle pattern globe valves for compact installations. Reduces fittings and improves flow at direction changes.
Y-pattern designs for low pressure drop. Ideal for high-pressure steam and condensate where energy efficiency matters.
Stainless, duplex, Hastelloy, Inconel, titanium body and trim materials. NACE compliance for sour service.
Zero-emissions specialists with the testing documentation and materials expertise your environmental compliance team needs.
Class A and Class B leak-tightness testing — the standard for fugitive emissions compliance.
We help you spec the right bellow material, ply count, and cycle rating for your service.
Stainless, duplex, Hastelloy — we know which materials survive in your chemistry.
Capital project engineering with full documentation and bellow-cycle testing.
